1. Set Goals every other day
First, is to set goals every other day which is very important as you can utilize your time and efforts every single day you are having a transaction or leads. Only you yourself can define your success. You know your strengths and weaknesses by know everything that you are capable of, through that, you can manage yourself and your work. Don’t rush things to make every transaction counts. Evaluate yourself and let everyone provide feedback on your work and learn on your mistakes.
2. Organize every task on your checklist
Second, prioritize tasks in order of their importance, deal crucial tasks first, assure everything that it is under control next is be transparent with your leads, and be responsible for your task. Do your task with high accuracy. Remember that it is better to be slow but sure. Deal challenges one at a time for it is one of the great skills real estate agents should have.
